These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MyMoney LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 6350 Vineland Rd, Apt 7-116, Orlando, FL 32819-7801, USA ("MyMoney", "we", "us"), and govern your use of the iOS app Later: Screenshot Brain ("Later" or the "app"), Later Pro, and the Later website. By downloading or using Later you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Later.
Later is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Later only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Later does not require an account.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Later on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell or sublicense the app, or attempt to bypass subscription checks, usage limits or security measures, except as permitted by law.
Your screenshots and everything Later derives from them remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the features you use — for example, if you use Later Pro AI features and allow it, to send the text described in our Privacy Policy to our server and to OpenAI to produce the answer or classification you requested. We claim no ownership of your content. You are responsible for having the right to store and process the content you save to Later.
The Free plan indexes your 500 most recently saved screenshots. Older screenshots are not indexed or searchable until you upgrade or the limit allows; Later never deletes screenshots without your explicit confirmation.
Later uses automated processing to read, categorize and summarize screenshots, track prices, detect trips and answer questions. With your permission, some Later Pro features use a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated answers, categories, prices, fares, dates and other results may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always verify important information (for example prices, travel details, events and documents) with the original source before relying on it. Later is not a source of financial, medical, legal or other professional advice.
Do not use Later to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to process content you do not have the right to store, to abuse or overload our servers, or to try to circumvent subscriptions, usage limits or security. We may suspend or limit access to Later Cloud features for misuse.
Later relies on services from Apple (App Store, Photos, iCloud, Maps), OpenAI (Pro AI features), RevenueCat (subscription validation), Cloudflare (our server) and the retailer websites Later checks for price tracking. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms, and your use of their services may be subject to those terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites.
We may update, change or discontinue features, including Later Cloud features, or these Terms. If we make a material change to these Terms we will notify you in the app or on our website before it takes effect; continuing to use Later afterwards means you accept the updated Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYMONEY LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF LATER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR LATER PRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using Later at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend or end your license if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you may also bring an individual claim in a small-claims court if it qualifies. There is no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver in these Terms. Nothing in this section takes away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, or your right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live when your local law gives you that right.
